The Gabriola Health Care Foundation ("GHCF") welcomes new members. Membership demonstrates your support for the purposes of GHCF and lets you attend all annual and special general meetings of GHCF and participate in making major decisions about its operation. As part of its work, the GHCF (a registered charity) owns, maintains and administers the Gabriola Community Health Centre on behalf of all Gabriola residents and visitors. To become a member please complete the form below and click on the submit button.
Under GHCF bylaws, to be eligible to be a member of the society, an individual must:
(a) reside (full-time or part-time) on or own land in the Gabriola Island Local Trust area (which includes Gabriola, Mudge and De Courcy Islands), and
(b) be 19 years of age or older.
The GHCF Constitution and Bylaws can be accessed from the website's home page. According to the Bylaws there is no registration fee or annual fee.

2. By supplying your email address you agree to receive notification of GHCF meetings and other information from time-to-time.
3. Being a member of GHCF has no bearing on whether you might or might not be able to access any services provided in the Gabriola Community Health Centre
